Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• During product launches, sales, or festive periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Within India

• We ship across India to all serviceable PIN codes.
• Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Two 03 Two cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist in tracking your shipment whenever possible.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost shipments). We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

We currently ship within India only. International shipping will be introduced in the future.
